Health Centres
These efforts reflect the commitment of the Authority for the Care & Management of the Prophet’s Mosque to providing comprehensive services for its visitors and enhancing operational systems in line with Saudi Vision 2030. They also demonstrate the Kingdom’s dedication to the health and well-being of the Guests of Ar-Rahman by establishing advanced health centres that operate around the clock. These centres are equipped with the latest technologies and staffed with specialised personnel to ensure comprehensive care, enabling pilgrims and visitors to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.

Children’s Daycare Centre Service at the Prophet’s Mosque
As part of the efforts of the Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques to provide a comprehensive environment for the comfort of visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, the Children’s Daycare Centre offers a safe, enriching, and recreational environment for children under the supervision of specialised staff.
Centre Objectives:

Welcoming and hosting children in a comfortable environment, allowing their guardians to perform their worship with ease.

Providing educational and cultural programs along with recreational activities that enhance children's sensory, social, cognitive, and physical abilities while instilling religious values appropriate to their age.

Voluntary services
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques places great emphasis on organizing and coordinating volunteer efforts through the General Administration for Volunteer Work, with the aim of supporting the services provided to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque and its courtyards.
Key Efforts and Initiatives:

Volunteer Registration and Deployment: Overseeing the assignment of volunteer roles, including assisting with crowd management, distributing iftar meals, and serving the elderly.

Health and Safety:In collaboration with the Saudi Red Crescent teams, we provide health services, first aid, and the transportation of emergency cases to hospitals, alongside raising visitors’ awareness of the importance of adhering to precautionary measures, such as wearing a face mask.

Facilitation of Services: Ensuring the provision of all necessary needs and guidance inside the Prophet’s Mosque, making it easier for visitors to perform their acts of worship with comfort and peace of mind.
Message Regarding Efforts:
These initiatives are provided by the Authority to fulfill the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, ensuring the provision of excellent services and facilities for visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, while also emphasising humanitarian and volunteer values.
