His Excellence Doctor Tawfiq bin Fawzan ar-Rabi'ah

He is the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Chairman of the Pilgrim Experience Program Committee, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Kidana Development Company and the General Authority for the Care & Management of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque. He is considered one of the most prominent government leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and among the longest-serving current ministers in the Council of Ministers. He is also the first Saudi minister to lead three different ministries, distinguishing himself with a forward-thinking and modern vision. His approach centers on streamlining procedures, leveraging technology, and fostering organizational innovation—leading to notable performance improvements across the entities he has led.
