Objectives of Electronic Participation:

1. Placing the beneficiary at the centre of decision-making, business development, service design and improvement, and quality enhancement.
2. Strengthening transparency around information that matters to the public through surveys, blogs, polls, and publishing the results of all such channels.

Terms and Controls for Community Participation:

The Authority reviews and publishes contributions in line with publishing controls and applicable regulations in the Kingdom. These controls include:

1. Adherence to Islamic values and national customs.
2. Respect for state laws and refraining from violating them.
3. Using clear, courteous language free of offensive or inappropriate expressions.
4. Refraining from submitting the same content more than once.
5. Refraining from publishing personal information, contact details, or promotional content.
6. Not using the platforms for purposes that harm the Authority's performance, security, or continuity.
7. Strictly refraining from using profanity or unverified or distorted religious content.
8. The Authority reserves the right to review or remove any contribution that violates these controls without any legal obligation to contributors.

Roles and Responsibilities Related to Electronic Participation:

The relevant department within the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque organises electronic community participation processes, including:

1. Publishing regulatory projects and initiatives through official platforms.
2. Receiving and analysing community contributions electronically.
3. Preparing analytical reports that include key proposals and general trends.
4. Incorporating appropriate community input into the development of systems and legislation.
5. Ensuring the privacy of submitted data and not using it outside its official context.
